1) If you have a history of breast cancer and are not medically cleared for hormone replacement therapy;

2) If you are on birth control pills;

3) If you are not medically cleared for hormone replacement therapy;

4) If you do not live in the USA;

5) If you are unable to have your blood drawn;

6) We recommend that if you are opposed to taking HRT, you not take this test.

7) If you are a man, do not order this test.
