| The exercise program uses a burst-proof ball, a heart-rate monitor, exercise bands and a stretch out strap - if you don't have these, you may purchase them separately or in the complete toolkit (see buttons to the left). You will also need to buy a set of dumbbells as well - we recommend starting with the following weights for the various levels. Make sure to buy two of each weight: Beginning: sets of 3, 5 and 8 pound weights Intermediate: sets of 8, 10, 12 and 15 pound weights. Advanced: sets of 10, 12, 15 and 20 pound weights. These are our recommendations but use your own judgement on the amount of weights you can safely use to perform the exercises. |

CALMING / STRETCH PROGRAM
... a calming stretch video incorporating moves using the large ball, yoga and Pilates. This 15-minute session includes instruction on technique and targets all of the major muscles. Put on your favorite calming music and get flexible!
BONUS! As a bonus there is a 10-minute guided relaxation program to help you relax at any time of the day. This is an excellent tool to help you clear your mind and lower your stress hormones by working from the bottom to the top of your body by gently tensing and becoming aware of each body part and then breathing through the release of that tension. This segment is also great for use at night to help you get a good night's rest.

BEGINNING - INTERMEDIATE
ADAPTIVE/RESISTANCE TRAINING
...an adaptive workout you can do at home using equipment from the Exercise Tool Kit and free weights. This workout is suitable for both the beginning and the intermediate exerciser because you can progress at your own pace while staying challenged. This 30 minute workout targets all of the major muscle groups and includes instructions on technique, progression and contraindications. Put on your favorite music and get moving!
ADVANCED
ADAPTIVE/RESISTANCE TRAINING
...an adaptive workout you can do at home using equipment from the Exercise Tool Kit and free weights. This 50 minute workout is great for the advanced exerciser because it includes skilled ball work, challenging balance moves and works all of the major muscle groups. Instruction on technique, progression and contraindications is included. Put on your favorite music and keep moving!
