Schwarzbein Discussion Package - Option D

• This package is a one-half hour phone discussion with Dr. Schwarzbein, addressing the principles behind The Schwarzbein Principle Program Healing or Maintenance Plans, and one-hour with the dietitian discussing the general recommendations.
  
  
• We will provide you with a basic medical questionnaire and a 3-day food, mood and exercise journal page that we recommend you fill out. (Not mandatory, but helpful to Dr. Schwarzbein and to the dietitian.)
